Stevia leaf extract is extracted from stevia rebaudiana leaves through water extraction and purification. Stevia extract is white powder with no calories, no additives, soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol.Stevia leaf extract powder is a natural sweetener with 250-450 times sweetness of sucrose. The main compounds that produce sweetness are steviol glycosides, mainly stevioside and rebaudioside. Our main products of stevia leaf extract are stevioside 90%-95% and rebaudioside A (RA, or Reb A) 80%-99%.
